Red Anemone Books will be participating in the South Huntington Public Library’s Local Author Fair, March 31st. We’re delighted they’ve selected a few Manhattan authors for this Long Island event. Many thanks to Catherine Schmoller, the library’s Program/Public Relations Coordinator, for including Jean-Michel and me. We’ll be signing our books from 1pm – 4pm. Chicago Tribune Printers Row Lit Fest

We’ll be launching Pins this Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Chicago Tribune’s Printers Row Lit Fest. Held outdoors on Dearborn between Congress and Polk in the near south Loop, the Printers Row book fair attracts well over 100,000 book lovers along with numerous publishers and authors every year. We hope our Chicago friends stop by the Red Anemone Books table, in front of the park, next to Sandmeyer’s Bookstore. While supplies last, we’re giving away a free miniature voodoo doll with every book purchase. Fingers crossed on the weather, which is supposed to be warm and dry. Hope to see you there!

Pins was quietly launched online from Red Anemone Books yesterday (March 6th). We were surprised and delighted to sell eleven copies before the end of the day. It’s a hopeful start.
